المشکلات الحضرية في محافظة بيش بالمملکة العربية السعودية Urban problems in Baysh Governorate, Saudi Arabia

اهتمت هذه الدراسة بموضوع المشکلات الحضرية في محافظة بيش بالمملکة العربية السعودية، باعتبار أن محافظة بيش تضم تجمعات عمرانية يعد بعضها من المدن الصغيرة؛ وتشهد نمواً حضرياً سريعاً ساعد على ذلک النمو قربها من مدينة جازان للصناعات الأساسية والتحويلية، وکونها تصنف من ضمن مراکز التنمية المحلية بمنطقة جازان.
وبما أن التنمية الحضرية في محافظة بيش تعاني من مشکلات سواء من حيث ضعف البنية التحية، ونقص الخدمات، والازدحام المروري، والبناء العشوائي، وتوزيع استخدامات الأرض وتداخلها، مما يدعو إلى أهمية دراستها وتسليط الضوء عليها. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز تلک المشکلات، وتصنيفها، وتحليل مدى تأثيرها على مستقبل النمو العمراني الحضري والريفي بمحافظة بيش، واقترح الحلول المناسبة لها وفق المعايير التخطيطية، وبما يسهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ويتفق مع تطلعات وطموحات الرؤية الوطنية السعودية 2030م.
وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن محافظة بيش تعاني من مشکلات حضرية متعددة ومتفاوتة في درجة تأثيرها، وبينت أنواع استخدامات الأرض في محافظة بيش ومساحاتها ونسب توزيعها وأهم المشکلات التي تواجهها، وقد أوصت على أهمية تشخيص المشکلات الحضرية في منطقة الدراسة وذلک من خلال إجراء الدراسات والأبحاث واقتراح الحلول المناسبة لها وفق المعايير التخطيطية المعتمدة وبما يتفق مع الإمکانات التنموية في محافظة بيش، کما أوصت بأهمية تفعيل الدور الحکومي والأهلي في المساهمة في التخطيط الحضري بمحافظة بيش من خلال التوسع في الدعم الحکومي ورفع الوعي لدى المجتمع للعمل جميعاً لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة وفق أجندتها.

Abstract:
This study focused on the topic of urban problems in the Baysh Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, considering that Baysh Governorate includes urban communities, some of which are small cities; and witnesses rapid urban growth that was helped by its proximity to Jazan City for basic and manufacturing industries, and being classified as one of the local development centers in the region Jazan.
Since urban development in the Governorate of Baysh suffers from problems, both in terms of poor infrastructure, lack of services, traffic congestion, random construction, and the distribution of land uses and overlaps, which calls for the importance of studying them and highlighting them.  This study aimed to highlight these problems, categorize them, and analyze the extent of their impact on the future of urban and rural urban growth in Baysh Governorate, and suggested appropriate solutions to them according to planning standards, in a way that contributes to achieving sustainable development, and is consistent with the aspirations and aspirations of the Saudi National Vision 2030.
The results of the study have shown that the Baysh Governorate suffers from multiple and varying urban problems in its degree of impact, and showed the types of land uses in the Baysh Governorate, their areas, distribution ratios and the most important problems facing them, and has recommended the importance of diagnosing urban problems in the study area through conducting studies and research and proposing solutions  Appropriate for it according to the approved planning standards and in accordance with the development capabilities in the Governorate of Baysh, also recommended the importance of activating the governmental and private role in contributing to urban planning in the Governorate of Baysh by expanding government support and raising awareness among society to work all of  Achieving sustainable development according to its agenda.
