سياسات إيران الإقليمية في المنطقة العربية وتأثيرها على أمن الشرق الأوسط Iran's Regional Policies in the Arab Region and its Impact on Middle East Security

لعبت إيران ولاتزال تلعب دورًا محوريًّا مؤثرًا في توازن القوى الإقليمي في الشرق الأوسط والمنطقة العربية، حيث تعتبر إيران من الدول الإقليمية الأساسية الفاعلة والمحرکة للتفاعلات السياسية والأمنية في المنطقة العربية، والشرق الأوسط؛  نظرًا لما تمتلکه من قدرات عسکرية وسياسية تمکنها من التدخل والتأثير في مسارات وسياقات وتطورات القضايا المحورية الرئيسة في المنطقة، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل ودراسة سياسات إيران الإقليمية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط والمنطقة العربية، وتداعيات السياسة الخارجية الإيرانية على أمن منطقة الشرق الأوسط، والنظام الإقليمي العربي خاصة تجاه القضايا المحورية التي تؤثر على توازنات القوى الإقليمية في المنطقة ومنها الأزمات في کل من سوريا واليمن والعراق.
وتنطلق هذه الدراسة من فرضية أساسية مفادها أن التدخل الإيراني في الأزمات العربية المعاصرة (العراق – سوريا – اليمن - لبنان)، ساهم في تعظيم النفوذ الإيراني ودعم مکانة إيران الإقليمية على حساب الدول العربية، کما إنه ساهم في زيادة تعقيد هذه الأزمات بدلًا من تسويتها، وأضعف من دور الدول العربية المحورية (مصر - السعودية)، وزاد من حدة التنافس الإقليمي في المنطقة وخاصة بين قوى إقليمية غير عربية مثل ترکيا وإسرائيل، وأثر سلبًا على أمن منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وعلى أمن النظام الإقليمي العربي الذي يشهد حاليًا مجموعة من التهديدات والتحديات غير المسبوقة في تاريخ تطوره.
وتنبع أهمية الدراسة من ترکيزها على تحليل ودراسة التفاعلات والتطورات والتداعيات الرئيسية في المنطقة الناتجة عن سياسات إيران في المنطقة العربية والشرق أوسطية التي تسعى بلا شک إلى إعادة تشکيل وهيکلة منطقة الشرق الأوسط، لتنفيذ المشروع الإيراني وزيادة نفوذها ومکانتها الإقليمية، حتى تتمکن من توظيف ذلک في صراعها مع الدول الکبرى في النظام الدولي، کما تنبع أهمية الدراسة من ترکيزها على دراسة محددات وسيناريوهات مستقبل الصراع الإقليمي في ظل التهديدات الاستراتيجية، الأمنية، السياسية، والعسکرية الراهنة.
 Abstract:
  Iran has played and continues to play a pivotal role influencing the regional balance of power in the Middle East and the Arab region. As Iran is considered one of the main regional states that are active and driving political and security interactions in the Arab region and the Middle East, Considering its military and political capabilities that enable it to intervene and influence the tracks, contexts, and developments of the major pivotal issues in the region. This study aims to analyze Iran's regional policies in the Middle East and Arab region, And the impact of Iranian foreign policy on the security of the Middle East, and the Arab regional system, especially towards the central issues that affect the balances of regional powers in the region, including crises in Syria, Yemen and Iraq.
This study is based on a basic hypothesis that Iranian intervention in contemporary Arab crises (Iraq - Syria - Yemen - Lebanon) contributed to maximizing Iranian influence and supporting Iran's regional role. It also contributed to the complexity of these crises instead of settling them, and weakened the role of the main Arab countries (Egypt - Saudi Arabia). In addition, it contributed to the intensification of regional competition in the region, especially between non-Arab regional powers such as Turkey and Israel. The Iranian intervention has negatively affected on the security of the Middle East and the security of the Arab regional system, which is currently facing unprecedented threats and challenges in its development history.
The importance of the study is due to the focus on analyzing, studying and clarifying the main interactions, developments and impacts in the region resulting from Iran's policies in the Arab and Middle East region. Which undoubtedly seeks to reshape and restructure the Middle East region, to implement the Iranian project and increase its influence and regional role. So that Iran can use that in its conflict with the major powers in the international system, The importance of the study also stems from its focus on studying the determinants and scenarios of the future of the regional conflict in light of the current strategic, security, political, and military threats.
