نحو تخطيط استراتيجي للتنمية السياسية في العراق Towards a Strategic Planning for Political Development in Iraq

يقدم البحث تصور إستراتيجي لتجاوز أو معالجة إشکاليات التنمية السياسية في العراق في ضوء المعوقات أو الکوابح الجيوسياسية التي تقف حائلًا أمام استکمال مساراتها، وتطلب ذلک تحديدًا أطر الربط النظري (الجغرافيا) و(التنمية) باعتبارهما ثنائية متلازمة. وتأصيل نظري لمفهوم التنمية السياسية وانصرف البحث لإثبات صحة الفرضيات إلى إجراء تحليل جغرافي سياسي لمقومات بناء الدولة المدنية في العراق ومناقشة متغيرات التنمية السياسية وواقعها والتحديات التي تعتريها في العراق
وفي ظل الواقع المذکور توصل البحث إلى أن هناک أکثر من رؤية إستراتيجية لمعالجة مواطن الخلل التي اعترت التطبيقات العملية لمفهوم التنمية السياسية عند إسقاطها على الواقع السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي في العراق
Abstract:
The research provides a strategic perspective to overcome or address the problems of political development in Iraq in the light of obstacles or geopolitical constraints that stand in the way of completing its tracks, and specifically required theoretical frameworks (geography) and (development) as a syndrome. And theoretical rooting of the concept of political development and the research went to prove the validity of the hypotheses to conduct a geopolitical analysis of the elements of building a civil state in Iraq and discuss the variables of political development and its reality and challenges in Iraq.
In the light of the aforementioned reality, the research concluded that there is more than a strategic vision to address the deficiencies that considered the practical applications of the concept of political development when dropped on the political, economic and social reality in Iraq.
