التمييز ضد الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في المجتمع العراقي «قراءة سوسيولوجية»

إن شريحة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من أکثر شرائح المجتمع العراقي احتياجًا للأمن النفسي والاجتماعي، لما يتعرضون له من تحديات اجتماعية واقتصادية ونفسية معقدة،تلک التحديات قد تجعلهم عرضة للشعور بالتمييز.
إذ يؤثر التمييز على أساس الإعاقة اليوم على قطاع کبيرة من سکان العالم، وهو من بين المشکلات الرئيسة التي يواجهها الأشخاص ذوو الإعاقة أو ذوو الصلة بالإعاقة. ويتجلى في أشکال مختلفة، وقد يکون له آثار کارثية على حياتهم وبالتالي على حياة المجتمع؛ إذ کانت آثار التمييز بسبب العجز قاسيًا بوجه خاص في مجالات التعليم، والعمل، والتوظيف والزواج والحياة الأسرية والاجتماعية والنفسية والصحية والنقل والحياة الثقافية ودخول الأماکن والمرافق العامة.
لذا، يستهدف البحث إلى محاولة التعرف على مظاهر التمييز ضد الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في مجالات التعليم والعمل والحياة الأسرية والحياة الاجتماعية والصحة.
ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، فقد قسم البحث إلى مبحثين تناول المبحث الاول منه على المفاهيم الأسياسية للبحث، وهى التمييز وذوو الإعاقة والاستبعاد الاجتماعية، فى حين تناول المبحث الثاني مظاهر التمييز ضد الأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة في المجتمع العراقي في التعليم والعمل والحياة الأسرية والاجتماعية والصحة، ليختم البحث بقائمة الهوامش والمراجع.
 
Abstract:
The segment of persons with disabilities is among the most vulnerable segments of Iraqi society in need of psychological and social security because of the complex social, economic, and psychological challenges they face, which may make them vulnerable to discrimination.
Discrimination on the basis of disability today affects a large segment of the world's population and is one of the main problems faced by persons with disabilities or those related to disability. It is manifested in various forms and may have disastrous effects on their lives and thus on the life of society. Because of disability is particularly severe in the areas of education, employment, employment, marriage, family life, social, psychological, health, transportation, cultural life and access to places and public facilities.
The research aims to identify the manifestations of discrimination against persons with disabilities in the fields of education, work, family life, social life and health.
