التکامل الاجتماعي للعراقيين المهاجرين في ترکيا

يصعب على الفرد أو الجماعة هجرة موطنهم الأصلي, إلا إنه جراء بعض الظروف التي لامفر منها، فإنها تحتم عليهم الهجرة سواء کانت وجهتها داخلية أو خارجية, حيث ترتبط الهجرة بمجموعة عوامل ومسببات؛ إذ تعد الهجرة کظاهرة اجتماعية واقتصادية ونفسية معقدة ومتشعبة, حيث تساهم وتشارک في تکوينها تلک العوامل التي تدفع الفرد أو الجماعات إلى ترک موطنها الأصلي وکسر صلاتهم بأهلهم وذويهم والانتقال إلى الموطن الجديد, استجابة للقوى الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والديموغرافية للبيئة الجديدة, ويتحتم بعد عملية الانتقال والمکوث داخل المجتمع الجديد عملية انسجام وتکيف الأفراد المهاجرين داخل المجتمع المضيف, وإرساء عملية التکامل مع المهاجرين والمجتمع المضيف والتي قد تتجسد في مظاهر التعاون والترابط والانسجام داخل البيئة الجديدة.
