الاعتمادية الأمنية المتبادلة في رابطة جنوب شرق آسيا Interdependence of security in Association Southeast Asian

أدرکت رابطة جنوب شرق آسيا منذ بداية تأسيسها إلى ضرورة العمل على تحقيق أمنها الإقليمي؛ إذ إنها کانت في عقدي الستينيات والسبعينيات من القرن العشرين تعتمد بشکل کبير على الولايات المتحدة الأمريکية لتوفير الحماية والأمن لها، لکن بعد قيام الولايات المتحدة الأمريکية في نهاية الثمانينيات قامت بتخفيض وجودها العسکري. هنا بدأت تنظر دول الرابطة للحماية الأمريکية على أنها مؤقتة، وأن عليها أن تعتمد على نفسها لتحقيق الأمن الإقليمي، الأمر الذي دفع دول الرابطة للقيام بمبادرات عديدة، وزيادة التفاعلات في الجوانب الأمنية لتعزيز الاعتماد الأمني المتبادل فيما بينهم، ومن ثم لتحقيق الأمن الإقليمي.
 
Abstract:
I realized that the Association of Southeast Asian Nations since the beginning of its foundation the need to work towards regional security, as they were in the 1960s and 1970s decades of the twentieth century rely heavily on the United States to provide protection and security for them, but after the United States at the end of 1980s reduced military presence. Here I started looking at the Commonwealth to protect America as temporary, and must depend on itself to achieve regional security, prompting the Commonwealth to several initiatives, and increase interactions at security aspects to enhance mutual security dependence among themselves, and then to achieve security.
