أنواع السياسات العامة

بدأت السياسات العامة بلکنة تقليدية تتمسک بالمفاهيم القديمة للأنظمة السياسية التي يتم التسويغ لها قانونيًّا وسياسيًّا ابتداءً من اغتصاب السلطة إلى التجديد الذاتي في الحکم إلى الوراثة والاختيار الذاتي والقرعة... إلخ.
بدأ الانتقال إلى مرحلة تعاظم دور السياسة العامة للحکومات التي کانت تتباين أدوارها بين السياسي والعقلاني والواقعي واستعمال أسلوب الحتمية الضابطة إلى وصلت القناعه إلى وضع مصطلح السلطة الخارقة لغرض بناء مرحلة مهمة, لم يقف العالم عند هذا الحد، بل بدأ يهتم بالمؤسسات والعمليات والسلوکيات والعمل على دراسة المبررات الفلسفية لوجود الحکومة وبنائها التنظيمي من دستور وشکل النظام والسلطات ودورها والمسئوليات السياسية والإدارية التي تقع على عاتقها، ومن هنا، ازداد الاهتمام بما يعرف بالسياسات العامة وأنواعها ليسهل اختيار السياسة الرشيدة التي تتناسب مع متغير السلطة وفق الظروف السياسية المتداخلة.

Hence the increased interest in what is known as public policies and their types, so that it is easy to choose a rational policy that is compatible with the power variable according to the interrelated political conditions.
