أطر معالجة الصفحات الإخبارية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لقضية الهجرة غير الشرعية

تهدف هذه الدراسةإلى التعرف على الکيفية التي عالجت بها الصفحات الإخباريةعلى مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي قضية الهجرة غير الشرعية، وما هي الأطر التي استخدمتها الصفحات في معالجة القضية، واستخدمت الدراسة في إطارها النظري نظرية الأطر ونظرية ثراء الوسيلة، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح؛ حيث استخدمت أداة تحليل المضمون لتحليل عينة من الأخبار الخاصة بالهجرة غير الشرعية على الصفحات الإخباريةالموجهة وهي (بي بي سي عربي، فرانس 24 عربي، سکاي نيوزعربي) على موقع فيس بوک للفترة الزمنية من عام 2018 إلى عام 2020.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
1- إشارة نتائج الدراسة إلى الإطار المستخدم في عرض قضية الهجرة غير الشرعية، وقد جاء(الإطارالانساني– اطار الشخصيات البارزة-اطار الصراع) في الترتيب الأول بنسبة کبيرة، واختلاف الصفحات الثلاث في طريقة المعالجة الخبرية لقضية الهجرة غير الشرعية، واتضح ارتفاع الأخبار السلبية عن الأخبار الإيجابية في معالجة القضية في الصفحات الإخبارية.
2- إشارة النتائج إلى ارتفاع نسبة المشارکة والتفاعل على الصفحات الإخباريةلقضية الهجرة غير الشرعية، واتضح أن المعالجة الإخبارية للصفحات الإخبارية تميل إلى عدم التوازن عند عرض قضية الهجرة.
Abstract:
This study aims to identify how the news pages on social media have dealt with the issue of illegal immigration, and what frameworks the pages used to address the issue, and the study used in its theoretical framework the frameworks theory and the method richness theory, and the study relied on the survey method where it used a tool Content analysis to analyse a sample of news on illegal immigration on the targeted news pages (BBC Arabic, France 24 Arabic, Sky News Arabic) on Facebook for the period from 2018 to 2020.
The study found the following results:
1- The results of the study refer to the framework used to present the issue of illegal immigration, and (the humanitarian framework - the frame of prominent personalities - the framework of the conflict) came In the first place by a large percentage, and the three pages differed in the method of reporting on the issue of illegal immigration and in the use of the elements of highlighting, and it became evident that Negative news is about positive news in handling the issue in the news pages.
 2-The results indicated an increase in the rate of participation and interaction on the news pages of the issue of illegal immigration, and it became clear that the news handling of the news pages tends to be unbalanced when presenting the issue of immigration.
