أزمات بناء الدولة في العراق بعد عام 2003م

عانى العراق منذ التأسيس من أزمات کثيرة لا تعد ولا تحصى، وکانت أزمات بناء الدولة أبرزها، لذلک نجد أن الملک فيصل الأول قد نبه في أول خطاب له في التنصيب إلى صعوبة هذه المهمة (تأسيس الدولة العراقية)، وقد أشار إلى أزمة التنوع وأزمة المواطنة الجامعة، هذا لا يعني إخفاق إقامة دولة عراقية، بل تأسست الدولة عام 1921 ولکنها کانت ولاتزال تعاني من أزمات کبيرة في أحيان کثيرة، بعض من تلک الأزمات تهدد کيان ووحدة الدولة، بعد التغيير السياسي في العراق عام 2003 ازدادت وتعمقت الأزماتوأخذت بعدًا أکثر عمقًا خاصة في ظل الظروف الأمنية والسياسية التي سادت في العراق ولاتزال تداعياتها لغاية يومنا المعاصر مستمرة، ولغرض الاختصار حاول البحث أن يرکز على أبرزها إلا وهي الأزمة السياسية والأزمة الدستورية وأزمة القيم المجتمعية، وقد توصل البحث إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات والحلول المقترحة لمعالجة الأزماتلکن تحتاج جميع هذه التوصيات إلى إرادة صادقة وحقيقية وقبول مجتمعي من جهة وحکومي- سلطوي من جهة أخرى.

Since its establishment, Iraq has suffered from many countless crises, and the state-building crises were the most prominent, so we find that King Faisal the First had warned in his first speech in the inauguration of the difficulty of this task (establishing the Iraqi state), and he referred to the crisis of diversity And the crisis of universal citizenship, this does not mean the failure to establish an Iraqi state. Rather, the state was established in 1921, but it was and still often suffers from major crises, some of those crises threatening the entity and unity of the state, after the political change in Iraq in 2003, it increased The crises deepened and took on a deeper dimension, especially in light of the security and political conditions that helped in Iraq, and their repercussions are still continuing until our modern day. The research reached a number of conclusions and proposed solutions to treat crises, but all these recommendations require a sincere and real will and societal acceptance on the one hand, and governmental-authoritarian on the other hand
