هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من فعالية برنامج علاجى معرفى سلوكى في مقابل برنامج علاجى بالقبول والإلتزام في خفض درجة القلق والاكتئاب النفسى وتنمية الصمود النفسى. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 30 مريضا بالادمان (مادة الهيروين)، جميعهم من الذكور، تتراوح أعمارهم (20- 40) وتم تقسيمهم عشوائيا إلى ثلاث مجموعات(مجموعتين تجريبيتين ومجموعة ضابطة)،واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس القلق(أ)، وبيك للاكتئاب، ومقياس الصمود النفسى، وتم التحقق من الكفاءة السيكومترية لأدوات الدراسة، واسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق بين المجموعة التجريبية (العلاج المعرفي السلوكي)، والتجريبية (القبول والالتزام) في المتابعة الثانية للقلق، والاكتئاب، والصمود النفسى وذلك لصالح التجريبية (العلاج بالقبول والالتزام).





Abstract:

The current study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral therapeutic program versus an acceptance and commitment treatment program in reducing the degree of anxiety and psychological depression and developing psychological resilience. The study sample consisted of (30) addictive patients (heroin), all of them were males, between the ages of (20-40), and they were divided randomly into three groups (two experimental groups and a control group), and the current study used three scales, which are the anxiety scale (A), the Beck depression scale, the psychological resilience scale, and the psychometric efficiency of the study tools was verified, and the results of the study revealed that there were differences between the experimental group (cognitive behavioral therapy), and the experimental group (acceptance and commitment) in the second follow-up of anxiety, depression, and psychological resilience in favor of the experimental group ( acceptance and commitment therapy).
