يهدف هذا البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على طائري الفوينيكس (φοῖνιξ) والبينو (Bennu, Benu)، ودورهما في الحضارتين اليونانية والمصرية، وكيف مثَّل وجودهما رمزًا للروابط اليونانية-المصرية. تركز الدراسة على الأصول اللغوية والأسطورية لكليهما؛ لتوضيح الغموض المحيط بهما من خلال تحليل المصادر الأدبية والأثرية. كما يقدم البحث منظورًا تحليليًّا مقارنًا لفحص مدى التأثير والتأثر، والتوافق والاختلاف، بين الروايات اليونانية والمصرية حول الفوينيكس والبينو. يكشف هذا البحث أيضًا كيف تداخلت الحضارتان في صياغة تفاصيل وأحداث أسطورية متسلسلة عن أصل الطائر الأسطوري وحياته وولادته من جديد. تجسِّد كذلك سمات هذا الطائر معانٍ روحية وفلسفية تتناغم مع ثقافتي الحضارتين، وتعزز مفاهيم مثل: التفرد، القوة، البعث، الخلود، والحياة الأبدية.
This research aims to shed light on the Phoenix (φοῖνιξ) and the Bennu (Benu) birds, and their roles in Greek and Egyptian civilizations, exploring how their existence symbolized Greek-Egyptian connections. The study focuses on the linguistic and mythological origins of both birds to clarify the ambiguity surrounding them through an analysis of literary and archaeological sources. It also offers a comparative analytical perspective to examine the extent of mutual influence, compatibility, and divergence between Greek and Egyptian narratives about the Phoenix and Bennu. The research further reveals how the two civilizations intertwined in shaping sequential mythical details and events related to the origin, life, and rebirth of these legendary birds. The characteristics of these birds embody spiritual and philosophical meanings that harmonize with the cultures of both civilizations, reinforcing concepts such as uniqueness, strength, resurrection, immortality, and eternal life.
