التکوين الثقافي للمؤدبين فى الدولة الطاهرية (205- 259هـ/820-872م)

يعد التأديب من المهن المهمة لما لها من دور کبير فى إعداد المؤدب أدبيًا وعلميًّا؛ ليکون شخصًا له دوره فى المجتمع سواء أکان على المستوى الشخصى، وکذلک المستوى العام، وخاصة إذا تولى وظيفة سياسية کمنصب الخلافة أو الإمارة، أو ما شابه.
کان لابد من توافر العديد من الصفات والسمات فيمن يقوم بهذا العمل الجاد، والذى تترتب عليه أمور جليه فيما بعد، صفات وسمات أخلاقية سيحرص المؤدب على ترسيخها فيمن يقوم بتأديبه.
يعتبر التکوين الثقافى للمؤدب من إهمال عوامل الأساسية التى تؤهله للقيام بهذا العمل، والذى يشتمل على نشأته وتعليمه الأولى على يد أساتذته من علماء العرب من البصرة والکوفة وغيرها، وکذلک دأبه على تحصيل العلم عن طريق مشاهداته وسماعه وقراءته المتعددة في کل فنون العلوم.
ولقد حرص أمراء الدولة الطاهرية على الاهتمام باختيار المکلف باختيار المؤدبين فى الدولة، والذى کان حريصًا على التدقيق فى اختيار هؤلاء بعناية ومتابعتهم..
