عقد تسجيل اسم النطاق

هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على عقد تسجيل اسم النطاق، وذلک من خلال التعرف على مفهوم اسم النطاق، وأنواعه، وکذلک من خلال التعرف على مفهوم العقد، ومفهوم عقد تسجيل اسم النطاق، إضافة إلى التعرف على طرق وآلية تسجيل أسماء النطاقات العامة والوطنية، ومن خلال التعرف على سياسات تسجيل اسم النطاق، وکذلک من بعض الأحکام القضائية، وقد توصلت الباحثة على أن عقد تسجيل اسم النطاق هو عقد إلکتروني، وهو عقد إذعان، کما إنه عقد خدمة فهو لا يمنح المسجل إلا حق استخدام النطاق في فضاء الإنترنت ولمدة زمنية محددة.

The researcher concluded that the domain name registration contract is an electronic contract, a contract of consent. It is a service contract that only gives the registrar the right to use the domain in the Internet space for a specified period of time. End of research the researcher presented some recommendations
