الترکيب العمرانى لمرکز الخانکة

يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على خصائص العمران بالمرکز وتنميتها والمحاولة للوصول إلى مقترحات لزيادة الراحة السکنية بالمنطقة، ونظرًا لأن المبانى تعد أحد عناصر النسيج العمرانى على اختلاف استخداماتها، فقد تناول البحث المبانى السکنية وغير السکنية، وقد بدأ البحث بمقدمة يتبعها عدة عناصر تتمثل فى ارتفاعات المبانى، وأعمار المبانى، ومادة البناء، وحالة المبانى، وينتهى بالخلاصة التى تشمل النتائج والتوصيات.
This research paper aims at identifying the characteristics of settlement in markaze El Khanka to reality that geol, and giving some recommendations to enhance the quality of the housing situation in the study area. Because the buildings are one of the elements of the urban fabric of different uses, the research dealt with residential and non –residential buildings. The research starts with introduction followed by several elements namely the height of buildings, the age of the buildings, the construction material and the state of the buildings. The research ends with the conclusion which includes the results and recommendations.
