مشروعية جراحة التجميل والتزامات جراح التجميل الفنية والمهنية

يتناول هذا البحث المعنون باسم "مشروعية جراحة التجميل والتزامات جراح التجميل الفنية والمهنية" ماهية جراحة التجميل ومتطلبات جراحات التجميل ومدى مشروعيتها سواء من الناحية القانونية أو أحکام الشريعة الإسلامية، فضلًا عن التزامات جراح التجميل المهنية والفنية وتلک التي تتصل بواجباته الإنسانية، خاصة وأن جراحات التجميل تمثل خروجًا عن مبدأ "المعصومية" بما يعني عدم جواز المساس بجسم الإنسان إلا لضرورة تقتضي التدخل والخروج عن هذا المبدأ وإباحة الأعمال الطبية والجراحية، خاصة وأن جراحات التجميل أصبحت ضرورة في هذا العصر. وسوف نتناول هذا الموضوع تفصيلًا في إطار خطة بحث تنتهي بعدة نتائج.


 
Abstract:
This research, titled "the legality of cosmetic surgeries and the technical and professional obligations of the cosmetic surgeon", addresses the cosmetic surgeries' definition and requirements and its legality from legal perspective also as to the rules of Shariaa; Moreover, the humanitarian obligations imposed upon the cosmetic surgeon considering that these surgeries are not subjected to the principle of infallibility, which indicates the prohibition of any infringement to the human body except for medical purposes, allowing medical and surgical acts, especially in an era where cosmetic surgeries became a necessity. This topic will be examined in detail in a frame of research design leads to many relative results.
