دراسة مقارنة لمستوى التمکين الإداري بين مشرفي التربية الرياضية (الاختصاص والفني) لمديريات التربية في محافظة بغداد A Comparative Study of the Level of Administrative Empowerment between the Physical Education Supervisors (Specialization and Technical) of Education Directorate in Baghdad Governorate

تضمنت مقدمة البحث الحديث عن التمکين الإداري والعملية التربوية وتطورها لتطوير المؤسسة التربوية والتعليمية من خلال العملية الإشرافية والتمکين الإداري مجالًا ونظرية تربوية ناضجة قابلة للتحقيق, وتلخصت المشکلة في أن الإدارات لا تزال تفتقر إلى ﺭﺅﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻀﺤﺔ ﻟﻬﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﻔﻬﻭﻡ ﻭﻻ ﺘﺩﺭﻙ فوائدها الإيجابية ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﻨﻌﻜﺱ ﻋﻠﻰ العملية التربوية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المقارن لعينتين؛ إذ بلغ عدد العينة الکلي (132) فردًا وهم يمثلون عينة البحث، وقامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس التمکين الإداري، وقد عولجت النتائج بالوسائل الإحصائية (الحقيبة الإحصائية SPSS)، وقد تم عرض النتائج ضمن جداول ونقاط ومناقشتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مشرفي التربية الرياضية التربويين في مديريات تربية بغداد يمتلکون مستوى أعلى للتمکين الإداري من المشرفين الفنيين.

Abstract:
          The introduction to the research included the administrative empowerment and the educational process and its development to develop the educational institution through the supervision process, and the administrative empowerment and the field of educational theory mature achievable. The problem is summarized in that departments still lack a clear vision of this concept and do not realize the positive benefits that are reflected on the educational process The researcher used the descriptive approach in the comparative method of two samples, with a total sample number of (132) individuals representing the sample of the research, The researcher has built the scale of administrative empowerment. The results were processed by statistical means (SPSS). The results were presented in tables and points and discussed. The study found that the supervisors of Physical Education, Education in the directorates of Baghdad education have a higher level of administrative empowerment of technical supervisors.
