الاقتصاد الأصفر کأحد ألوان الاقتصاد ودوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

تُعد الطاقة هي المحرک الأساسي والعنصر الفعّال لکل نمو وتنمية، فهي العنصر الرئيس في تشغيل کافة قطاعات الاقتصاد، وانطلاقًا من الدور المحوري الذي تلعبه الطاقة الشمسية في مختلف المجالات بصفة عامة، والمجال الاقتصادي بصفة خاصة، تم الترکيز على دراستها وإعطائها الاهتمام والأولوية التي تليق بها کعمود من أعمدة الاقتصاد. وقد تطور هذا الاهتمام بما يکفي لوضع لون خاص بها يميزها عن غيرها من فروع علم الاقتصاد يُطلق عليه «الاقتصاد الأصفر».
 وفي هذا الإطار يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على ثلاث نقاط أساسية مفادها التعرف على مفهوم الاقتصاد الأصفر، وتوضيح أهمية الاقتصاد الأصفر، وإبراز مساهمة الاقتصاد الأصفر في تحقيق استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة الأممية 2030. وقد تم الاعتماد على منهج البحوث الأساسية (Basic Research)، أو البحوث النظرية، التي تهدف إلى الإجابة على تساؤلات نظرية فقط. وقد توصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج التي من أهمها أن الطاقة الشمسية تتميز بأنها طاقة نظيفة وغير ملوِّثة للبيئة، بخلاف مصادر الطاقة الأخرى التي تُحدث انبعاثات کربونية ملوِّثة للبيئة، خاصةً وأن کلفة توليد الکهرباء من مصادر الطاقة الشمسية آخذة في النقصان، کما أن للطاقة الشمسية أثر کبير في تکوين مصادر الطاقة المتجددة على سطح الأرض ويمکن الاستفادة بالطاقة الشمسية في إضافة قيمة جديدة للأراضي القائمة في المناطق الصحراوية حيث أنها أحد عناصر الإنتاج المهملة لطبيعة المناطق الصحراوية. وذلک باستخدامها في إنتاج الطاقة الکهربائية من خلال الخلايا الکهروضوئية. ولذلک، فإن تطبيق استخدام الاقتصاد الأصفر غير الملوِّث للبيئة سوف يعمل على تشغيل نسبة کبيرة من الشباب في مجالات مختلفة تحتاج إليها مشروعاته. وبالتالي، ستقلل نسبيًّا من حدة مشکلات البطالة.

Abstract
Energy is the main engine and the effective element of all growth and development; it is the main element in operating all sectors of the economy. Based on the pivotal role played by solar energy in various fields in general and in the economic field in particular, I have been focused on the study and give it the attention and priority that it deserves as a building block of the economy. This interest has evolved enough to create its own color that distinguishes it from other branches of economics called the “yellow economy”.
 In this context, this paper aims at highlighting three main points to understand the concept of the yellow economy, clarify the importance of the yellow economy, and highlight the contribution of the yellow economy to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Strategy 2030. The methodology has been adopted was the basic or Theoretical research, which aims to answer only theoretical questions. The research has reached many results; the most important one is that solar energy is characterized by clean energy and non-polluting environment, unlike other energy sources that generate carbon emissions polluting the environment, especially since the cost of generating electricity from solar energy sources is decreasing, and solar energy has an impact Significant in the composition of renewable energy sources on the surface of the earth can be used solar energy in adding new value to the existing land in the desert areas as it is one of the elements of neglected production of the nature of the desert areas by using it to produce electrical energy through photovoltaic cells. Therefore, the implementation of the non-polluting yellow economy will employ a large proportion of young people in the different areas needed for their projects. Consequently, it will relatively reduce unemployment problems.
