التحليل الجغرافي والديموغرافي لمشکلة البطالة في قطاع غزة

هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على حجم البطالة ومعدلاتها في قطاع غزة، وإبراز تبايناتها المکانية، وأهم خصائصها الديموغرافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمتعطلين، ودلت النتائج على ارتفاع معدل البطالة في قطاع غزة في زمن السلطة الفلسطينية نتيجة لسياسات الاحتلال، وترکزت البطالة بين صفوف الإناث، وأن البطالة ترتفع في محافظة خانيونس وتنخفض في محافظة غزة، وتترکز معظم البطالة في الفئات العمرية الشابة دون سن الخامسة والثلاثين من العمر، وبين المستويات التعليمية الجامعية فما فوق، وأن معظم العاطلين عن العمل لم يسبق لهم العمل نهائياً، مع زيادة معدل فترة التعطل بالأشهر.

Abstract:
 The aim of this article is to identify the development of the unemployment size and rates in the Gaza Strip, to indicate their spatial differences, the most important demographic, and social and economic characteristics. The results indicate the high rate of unemployment in the Gaza Strip during the period of the Palestinian Authority as a result of occupation policies. Unemployment rises in Khan Younis governorate and decreases in Gaza governorate. Most of the unemployment is concentrated in the younger age groups under the age of 35, university levels & above, as most of the unemployed have never been able to work permanently, with an increased the Long term unemployment Rate.
